Salon policies: Booking and Cancellation policies

Please make your self aware of the following booking information BEFORE booking, Upon booking your appointment you agree to follow and respect the following policies and guidelines,

BOOKING INFORMATION

  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

  • Any lateness is NOT accepted more than 10 minutes late will result in appointment being cancelled and charges will apply.

  • Please ensure you have followed any pre care and aftercare thoroughly.

  • Please do not bring children/chaperones with you to your appointment due to space.

  • Offers/discounts are not applicable in conjunction with each other,

  • Only one discount/offer may be used at any one time.

  • To book an appointment a 50% booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. This will be taken off your remaining balance and this is NON refundable and NON transferable under any circumstances.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • I require a MINIMUM of 48 hours notice to cancel or move ANY appointments under any circumstance INCLUDING illness.

  • If less than 48 hours notice is given you will lose your 50% booking fee  or 50% of the treatment cost will be required still.

  • If less than 24 hours notice is given or a 'no show' to the appointment then full payment will still be required. This can also be taken automatically through the card capture system in the booking system i use, of which you agreed to and gave consent upon booking to use*

  • I have the right to ask for full payment up front for any treatment and refuse further bookings if fees are not paid.
